i am in the puzzle canal on a pilgramige and i have no idea how to get to the daedra on the other side can someoine please help me i dont know what to do

You need to go in the water, and drown yourself. at like 1/5 of your health you get teleported.

When your health is completely depleted from drowning the wall will open in front of the shrine, IIRC. This has been answered before here many times, and on other sites too... a quick Google search turns up many many sources of information. Please search before posting.
