I wonder if it is the policy of AMINS to kick then ban people without any explanation, because that happened to me on the 17th October about 2330hrs .
I regard myself as a good sportsman as i have played fairly and played many war games over the years. I have played this server 268 times and the last couple of times i have been kicked, it's not through team killing cause i don't, the server was not that full either. It seams fairly obvious to me that one of your admins may have me mixed up with another player but has not offered me the chance to prove other wise either which is very frustrating, as i did enjoy this server as i found the skill level of other players quite high.
I don't expect any one to answer this question and this thread will probably get moved and deleted, just needed to get this BIG why off my chest!!!

I've no idea about this incident since I haven't been able to access the server in over a month. I'm sure if one of the admins is doing this they'll fess up, they've no reason not to.

This one was me.

Apologies for the error Shanus101, i have inadvertently banned you by accident. I was trying to ban a =FoQ=Arron24 for team-killing Serum for the Cobra Attack Heli. Arron24 was 23 in the server management system and you were 24, i ended up banning you because of a typo

I promptly removed the ban for the Perma Ban List however, i have no way of contacting you to inform you of the reversal. The game still posses a 1 team-kill and you're banned for 1 round bug which manifests itself on a regular basis, so if you're kicked without warning then normally its because of this bug. (see the sticky at the top of the BF2 section)

I also regularly spam the server console with the server rules, usually when i have died and i am waiting to respawn, so sometimes i will kick/ban without warning the individual. if people are not paying attention to my constant barrage of info then i figure thats not my problem. In extreme circumstances i will also kick/ban without warning when someone has committed a crime that deserves a swift action.

Again apologies for the annoyance, i have seen you play regularly on the server and i would welcome you back.

I was flying a plane at the time....kicking/banning ppl while flying (badly) is not a good idea!

Further more, try to teamplay, you won't be the first to get kicked on request by one of the regular players because one takes of in a transport heli with nothing else but an empty cargohold.
not saying you did, but this is a major anoyance to me, (i always immediatly inform an admin) so i cannot be clear enough about that.

no, but when he gave the number of the player to Mogambo, so mogambo isn't constantly busy looking up numbers, he typed it wrong

Nah, If I'm busy flying a plane or engaged in combat i will ask the person (only regulars) for the number from the manage tab so i can kick quickly and efficiently.

does it bother u that i like to help keep the server a friendly place to be......if it does just say and ill play somewhere else.....

haha! yeah it does suck when you're at work for a long periods....but....career progession is of paramount so boozin comes second! All this money in the bank yet no time to spend

What?! 13hrs workday, is that with travel to and form work!?
I know career progession is important but this starts to sound crazy
