This may be a silly question, but during game play you see soldiers performing actions like running and then jumping to prone, forward rolls and rolling on the side whilst prone. Are there certain key combinations for doing this or is it done automatically when pressing the prone key etc, just to make the game look more realistic?

No prob. There is no "button" to do the roll, it is just an animation done bij EA/Dice to create some extra realism /cool feature. As it is an animation you don't realize you do it (example, when you roll the screen doesn't turn around). Usually the animation is triggerd when you prone and roll left/right simultanious. Hope ths helps

Thanks. Thats what i thought, but I didn't want to miss out on something that might help my gameplay.
It does look very cool to see guys jumping to prone, sometime I even have to pause to admire the game - then I get killed!!!

In Rainbow Six Raven shield you see your screen turning as you make that move... try to shoot something then! to bad they didn't ad that feature in BF2
