Switch has just done a brief update of the Iredior website - http://homepage.ntlworld.com/thetaorionis/...Irediorhome.htm smiley.gif

As stated on the site, we are planning to release a beta version - sadly we don't think we can get Iredior finished in its entirety by then - around the end of October. But we'd like people to have a chance to see what we've been up to while waiting for Oblivion.

Of course, if we could get a few more people to help with interiors and scripts, there's a chance that we might just get Iredior completed during the next couple of months...

If you're interested in helping us, are good with interiors or scripts and have a bit of time to spare, please contact either Switch or myself. smiley.gif

i asked you a while ago if you needed my help for texturing, but you never replied? do you want my help
Switch
Really? Well we could probably use a texturer. Could you send a sample of your work to either me or Theta please?
Lycan
OK...
I need expirience...
I can help you with interior cells...
What exectly do you need?
(If you need)
And when should it be ready?
(If it should)
Switch
Well, mainly we need to finish the castle, but if you haven't had much experience with interior building then that's gunna be a bit hard. There are some smaller jobs that need doing on the side.

Again, if you could just send either me or Theta a sample of your work that would be good. Like, an example of your ability with houses if you want those jobs, or an example of what you can do with castle interiors if you want to try for the castle.

Send in your example whenever you have time.
Lycan
Well...
That would be a bit hard:
I don't have any work at all.
But I'll try to make a castle.

Ummm... I did reply, actually, and gave you my contact details. undecided.gif

I'm not sure atm what still needs texturing, since our list of texture requirements is currently being worked on, and I'm waiting for an update on that. Once I find out I'll let you know what we still need help with smiley.gif

No need to make a castle, just a castle room. Or a house. Whatever you like. tongue.gif So long as it shows what you can do in those areas.

Im kinda busy with my own mods, but I must say that Iredior looks great!

Im looking forward to its release, great job!
Sypron

As the first post says, please contact either me or Theta. You can find our emails in our profiles.

Too late...
I have done an exterior fort.
And I am working on the interior now.
I think, that it will be done prity soon.
It's a basic fort. Something like Walverine Hall.
Several towers. Walls. Guards. A smith.
So all I need now is some time. I am finishing with the walls (Interior walls)
Maybe, that it will be a mod, called Bloodmoth Legion Fort (No quests sad.gif )

Exterior 90%
Interior 90%
Main Interior 10%
Playtest 0%
Lycan
I am interested to know, wen do you plan to finish this Iredior mod?
I hope I won't be too late to help huh.gif
Switch
Like the site says, we're releasing the game in Beta form at the end of October. There's no way we can actually finish it before Oblivion is released so we decided to just do that. It won't be complete but it will still be about 60% complete, which is better than nothing.
Lycan
Don't worry!
I am going to work on Morrowind mods a long time even after Oblivion comes in...
Kissimurra
Im sorry if this is Thread Necromancy but.....Now when Oblivion has been delayed you guys have a good chance to actually finnish this mod! Im looking forward to it! grin.gif

Thanks for reminding me - I've been meaning to post an update since we're now past the date we'd originally planned to release a beta version.

With the delayed release of Oblivion we have been able to set ourselves a more generous deadline - however, a few of us are starting to suffer from mod-burnout (don't even want to think about what the Bethesda devs are going through!), so while we are working on it at a fairly frantic pace, I don't know for how long we can sustain working at this rate.

Still, initial testing versions have gone out to a small number of testers (please don't PM/e-mail/message me to ask if you can be a tester - I really don't have much time to reply, and at the moment I'm looking for people who either are or have been on the team, or who are otherwise able to provide instant feedback via msn or IRC), and we're working now on final detailing on completed areas as well as frantically catching up on the interiors and scripts still needed.

Hopefully we'll be able to release something half-decent before xmas - it really just depends on how much we can get done before we all collapse from modding overload smiley.gif

Just to let you know that there's a website update, including a new screenie. smiley.gif

Wow! I can't believe that I didn't check this out earlier!

The city is breathtaking. And the story seems wonderfully put together. Well done guys.

EDIT: I can do interiors.
