Lol more like Overloads with that ridiculous Tribeam laser and Albino Radscorpions lol. Neigther are company im too fond of since they absorb bullets like Im shooting paintballs at them. When I say I hate the Super Mutant Overlords, I mean I f************cking hate those guys. The way they walk, the way their faces look. Everything about them bothers me. Eapecially when your playing on very hard difficulty and they drop you in five hits from that Tribeam laser weap.

Yea the Overlords are just ridiculous if you ask me. I went through Vault 87 at level 29 and fought nothing but Overlords with those damn tribeam lasers the whole way through. Lol Everytime, take some jet, use vats to cripple thier right arm so the're shots are horribly inaccurate. Thats the only reason I made it through lol.

One time I placed out an mix of mines and mini-nukes and made them run into it. Some times they didn't die so it were just to spray and pray 'til they did.
Too bad I ran out of mines after a while. Drug addict, Drug addict...

Hmmmm tastey tastey jet lol. VATS certainly cuts those Overlords down to size. Mines are fun as hell lol. Especially sneaking up and putting a live one in som porr schmucks pants haha.

I got a nice recipe for such a thing, you need following:

1. A crowd of any size
2. 1 or more Mini.nuke
3. 1 F. Grenade

How to cook:

Start with placing the Mini-Nuke on the ground, relative near anything being concidered a crowd. Wait on a good unknowing target
and place the F.Grenade in this very lucky persons pockets. Then... Run for it!

It's even nicer if the crowd happens to be near some explosive cars.

Lol you blew it up, i was a goodie two shoes and blew the air base up instead. But hey! atleast im not alone .

I blew them up, because I didn't want any faction having enough power to dominate the Wasteland except of course for my character.

After I blew up the Citdael I went to my Tower and was attacked by Star Paladin Cross so I had to kill her. Then I decided to hunt down every last BoS member in the Wasteland (including that guard in the Taft Tunnels).

Nice! Lol, Im thinking they experienced some major ownage haha. You know when you first get to Fort Independance? And that Morgan chick tells you to keep you head down, theres a big scary raider coming (raiders are f*cking pathetic).
Well if you tell her to "shut the f*ck up and get the f*cking gun out of my face" they all attack you.....and in a few days respawn if you kill them, like nothing ever happened amd not hostile towards you lol. Outcast Immortals haha.

Lol strangely enough, after exiting the satilite tower and the Brotherhood Chopper lands, the crawler still explodes. Like a bunch of mini nukes going off on the top of it. Of course it doesnt get the orbital strike wammie, but still blows up lol. SO either way, crawler gets whipped. Im just a tad conused as to how it blew after leaving satilite tower, I sure didnt set any demo charges lol.

The Brotherhood used captured Vertibirds to do a bombing run on the Crawler.

Oh is that what that was? Makes sense now. Lol at first I was very confused as to why theres explosions going on when Im not the one causing them. But you sir have indeed solved that little puzzle.

What happens to the Enclave if you bomb the Citadel.

I send the Orbital Strike to the Citadel, I hate the DC BoS. To bad for Sarah she attackt me I had to kill her.

And the Overlords I go to Vats and shot there weapon out of there hands, after that you can slap them around like Baby's.

The best way to take down an Overlord with a Tri-beam Lasergun without mashing the condition of their weapon is to get a fast high crit melee weapon and just jump in their face hacking and slashing.

Nothing to the crawler pretty much. And the Enclave is still always hostile towards you as well. I expected I more from choosing to whipe out the Brotherhood, but after they get the ownage its just over lol.

Overkill! That would be great. Except this time there should be an even bigger crater, since the destruction from blowing up megaton does not do the Atomic BOmb honor. The aftermath of the Atomic Bomb going off is miniscule compared to what a real Atomic Bomb (especially one that big) would really do. Plus the radion would make the area unlivable.

If I can't join the Enclave, dammit that was the next best thing to it.
Although, admittedly, I did spend a fair amount of time backing and forthing on the subject.
...Except I also had the 'Follower Autumn' mod enabled, so all the time I was loitering there going "Citadel? Base? Citadel? Base? Citadel?", I was uncomfortably aware of the EAF commander standing RIGHT BEHIND ME.

Eventually I pretty much heard him bellowing "Kid, just press the damn button before I do it for you!" in my head.

You would not belive how many innocent people I have murdered just to get the very evil title, still, I have it back now... But damnit, blowing up the crawler shouldn't do that!

I agree, theres an unbalanced amount of good versus bad karma givers. Look at how easy it is to get good karma. And just look at how difficult it is to even maintain evil karma. It really does take some work lol.

Blowing up the Mobile Crawler is a tactically moronic thing to do anyways. All that tech gone to waste. I mean you've already went through it and cleared it of Enclave forces... then there's the satelite nukes you waste doing it...

Also it's funny how the Enclave didn't just use said nukes on the Citadel themselves, they already had it targeted...

The BoS peeps are still about and you do get the nice gun...

Maybe the Enclave didnt do nuke the Citadel for that exact reason. Since the BoS did emerge with Liberty Prime, they might have thought that there was more to be had there. But the Enclave never made any push or attempts to take the Citadel. Only when they landed at Project Purity. Even if the Citadel gate was shut, the Enclave had the Vertibirds that they could have landed right in they and overwhelmed the Brotherhood before they had time to fortify thier positions.
Not to mention they were able to control Deathclaws. Hell let a few of thoe things loose and it would have been over.
In my opinion the Enclave was, in every aspect, pathetic.

The smart thing for the Brotherhood to have done was to NOT detroy the Crawler Platform but to repurpose it for their own use. That is what the Brotherhood was supposed to be doing anyways right? Recovering lost tech? How many Mobile Crawler Bases do you figure you'll just stumble across eh?
Bad move Brotherhood, bad move. If anything, the crawler could have served as a new HQ for research and such. Since the Brotherhood did in fact capture at least two Vertibirds, how could they not have seen the obvious tactical advantage, even with fighting super mutants. The Crawlers communications capabilities could have allowed the Brotherhood to keep better communications with thier patrols, thus allowing air support for BoS patrols that got overwhelmed by Super MUtants of something.
All together. FAIL!

Me thinks Broken Steel is in dire need of a story revamp lol.

If you use no clipping and go back into the crawler after it has been 'destroyed' you will find all the Enclave peeps that you missed first time round still alive and acting as if nothing has happened, only the satellite control has been destroyed. You can use a computer mainframe terminal to open the door to the base for you to exit with the goodies that you couldn't carry previously.
