Popping up from nowhere is not exactly the correct term, at least if you live in Germany. This month's issue (released yesterday) of PCGames (on whose website those screenies are located) features a seven-page preview article on Oblivion, and this was bound to come with new screenshots.
I'll probably be getting the new issue today or tomorrow, so I can also tell you whether there any new revelations about the game itself

However, I wonder how the last screenshot got in between there

Hey those are great shots
I just cant wait until the moment I will buy Oblivion

I think the left some creatures from Morrowind.
Like Clanfear. And they look a lot cooler and can spit fire (or somethink like it)
Hey isn't that last screen from Morrowind?
I think it's some kind of mistake

Spiffy. I've seen parts of the first screenie before, but not the full pic. The second one is completely new to me, and shows some more of that nice unique architecure we've been promised. ^^ The others were all from the official site and the scans of PCZone that have already been posted I think.
Regardless, nice find Vaanic!

Hey! You are right! They did not make any screens with races

And I am interested why? I think races screens would be very interesting...

It's probably because they want to save that for later. They've shown us Imperials, Argonians, and Khajiits (via video) so far. They'll probably show all the other races just before release.

I've finally got ahold of that issue of PCGames, and holding the facts in that article (plus what can be seen on the screenshots) against the Unofficial FAQ on TESSource.net, the following few facts seem to be new - everything else mentioned is already known:
- Advancement in the physical combat related skills (shield, melee weapons, archery) will grant you special attacks that can be used in combat (e.g. a kind of zoom for archers will allows them to hit enemies more easily). Skill levels are separated into four proficiency ranks (0+, 25+, 50+, 75+), each rank appears to grant you a new special attack.
- The number of actual settlements (don't ask how large those will be, they didn't tell) will be 9, plus a good number of hamlets, encampments etc.
- Certain equipment will come with certain mali, not only that heavy armour reduces your ability to sneak, movement speed and capability of using magic will also be affected.
