Had a great team game with Dark0ne, DelBoy and a few others - best game I have had in ages. Never played a BF title before so I am still pretty crap but the server has a great feel to it.

Enjoyed it a lot, cheers I'll defo be back for more.

When does everyone play most; work kinda gets in the way so it would be nice to just jump onto the server and find everyone

Yah, had a good game too -- so much more entertaining when people in your squad have mics.

I want to get my resupply badge, so next time you're in there we're going to be taking the chopper for a spin and you can throw those nades away again

I tend to play when I feel like it -- but usually late morning, early afternoon and then evenings. UK time.

Im usually on in the evening after work UK time, but sometime the server is chock a block so to find me i recommend using X fire http://www.xfire.com/xf/index.php

Someone already had Dark0ne too (that's with a zero) so I doubt M3thod was around for long!

I don't use XFire or anything like that, else I could probably kick folks off the server to get people with mics/team work in. Although I do have a 64 slot Team Speak server going unused. Do you have Team Speak?

Yeah i got TS, but i think its better to use the BF2s internal VOIP, as it supresses the enviromental noise.

I just use xfire to see which servers my mates are playing in and its also provides the ability to join ppl directly from the program rather than finding out the IP and Port.

and I agree about the teamwork - it is pretty much the only server were anyone bothers! the BH is a great way to get points quick (which i need for my next unlock), be nice to get on the ground and team up as well tho

Well I was thinking more along the lines of, if I'm always in TS and the server is full, you can come in and let me know you want in and I'll kick out some of the less tasteful players to make room

You wouldn't have said that if you were playing yesterday with me. None of you were on and I had to kick 6 people in one round for being anuses -- one guy took the black hawk out on his own on Mushtuur City...grr

I'm not saying *everyone* works as a team, or plays fair - I lost count of the number of times we got rammed by the fly-boys yesterday whilst we were in the BH, but it seems that most people at least join squads and try to work together.

Some of the other Multiplay servers are a nightmare; 30+ peeps just running around un-squadded trying to cap flags solo it's damn annoying - esp. as commander.

TS seems like an idea - good to know there would be space made on the server should someone need it

Can't tell you the joy I have as an admin when people decide to ram you, or fly the BH without picking people up. I tell them to turn around and pick up people, they tell me to f**k off, and then they mysteriously disappear from the server...odd that

Best way for the server to stick out and gain "regulars" is to kick the smacktards who want to go it John Wayne solo-style and let more people on who want to join squads and work together. Hopefully Multiplay will be installing a new system that will allow us to resserver slots for specific people.

I must say it makes all the difference to actually have an admin on the servers who bothers to kick mooks who insist on playing like eejerts (also good when he is on your side )

Well i have a complaint about 1 of the admins ''Dark0ne'' he kicked me because he wanted someone else in the hawk just because i wasnt in his squad man he doesnt own the thing but he kicked people to who where just playing normally but not how dark0ne wanted and srry for the language but he is just such a asshole and a really sad gamer if you do stuff like that.

1 run :F you where so chopper whores and no one wasnt allowed in the hawk or the result was a kick/ban so srry i said you to f**k off but i dont find it right that i just wanted to go a round in the hawk and got a ban for that

I believe the warning was "If you're not in the Black Hawk Squad please don't enter the Black Hawk, or I'll kick you". You then proceeded to get in the Black Hawk. When I told you to get out or face a kick you told me to f**k off.

You also told me I didn't own the Black Hawk. Last time I checked, I was paying the bills, not you. If I want a round in the Black Hawk with my squad who are you to question me?

Now seriously, if you don't like the concept, just don't bother coming back. The official servers are still there.

Anywho, my bad for not noticing. When I'm in the Black Hawk I enter this state of hightened concentration (I learnt from Shaolin monks in Tiabet) where-by I only focus on flying the hawk itself....and sometimes b1tching to Sheriff how he can't repair for crap, and how arch3r couldn't shoot a whale at point-blank range, with a few lol's at Mogambo for getting team-switched half-way through Mashtuur City.

Ok, I'm rambling.

alright guys....I just can't get over how much fun i can have on this server when i play with the 'crew'; who i normally see each one of everyday. (As i used to join random servers everyday and so i never recognised anyone)
Never before had i experienced the teamwork the game was designed to provide.

Only problem is; the 'crew' (who normally are; Dark0ne, Mogambo, Zniky, sheriff-fatman, BrotherInWar + more) are rarely on at the same time ...but on the rare occasions when we are all on at the same time i can have a lot of fun with the baseraping for example.

We should organise certain times when we can all connect to the server and play at the same time. there are loads more people i like to play with other than who was mentioned above and if we can all get on at the same time...those times will be good times...coz even on opposite teams we can still have gr8 fun.





Also....dark0ne, i heard that i was allocated an admin. Is this true...and if so, how do i use my admin abilities?? never bin an admin for anything before...i feel privelidged
