I am new at Modding, but this idea has been gnawing at me for a few weeks now. Unfortunatly though, I do not have the programs or modding expirience to make it. The idea is a dragon race that can become a humanoid/elven race. The default would be a human base, and then you could use a spell to toggle the dragon form on or off. I got the idea from the scripted spells plugin. I am willing however to do some concept art and help with some texturing. If anyone would be willing to help, thanks so much. If not, it was just an idea. I can post some concept art if anyone would like to see it, I just need to finish it first.

I am also willling to make this mod for Oblivion, as I don't know how long it would take to make it.
