Once again I was thinking about what would have been so great about this mod. I didn't even really consider this part though and it just hit me like sack of rocks. I realized the best part of this mod would have been being able to experience the whole of Middle Earth, that is, getting to to explore it. I have only read the The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy, none of the unfinished tales or the silmarillion nor the tales of Tom Bombadil. I don't know much about the world outside of what is in those four stories and I think it would have been awesome to get to see what it looked like, even if it is from the eyes of the fans instead of Tolkien, though I do not doubt you all would have recreated the world wonderfully. Just thinking about it makes me drool. All that open world for one to explore. Go visit the Grey Havens and Dale. Hell, even if it did not have combat or quests and just a world with the people of Middle Earth would have left me in shock. It is just such a wonderful thought. I know it sounds entirely cheesy but that would have been very cool. I can't even imagine what it would be like getting to see the world Tolkien created with my own eyes and not the eyes of a director.
