Welcome to the forums. We will be happy to give advice but it helps to know what advice you want. Many questions have been asked and answered and using the search button is useful to establish this. Lists of where to find things are probably pinned in spoilers section or if not are on UESP website. This site also has a map and hints on all quests as does the UHS site.

ok thank you im trying to make friends but I cant see to get any body to talk to me I hope im in the right place to discuse this any ways I have a question about BloodMoon Elders Scrolls III im the impeiral dragon but i dont know what to do as it can any body help? If u can I would appricate it thank you.

Advice? Switch has already provided excellent advice - read the pinned threads and familiarise yourself with the forum rules.

Another piece of advice: make friends with the forum search - it's a very useful forum feature.
