I am looking for body part images to create a whre wolf race to make them playable but i do not have the money to invest in a program to actually make them myself. can anyone help?

you couls either re-texture khajiit or use the original werewolf race if you have bloodmoon.

Where are the image files located for the orginal wolf class i looked in the wolf folder and the images are full bodie not broken down into the parts for it.

I was thinking about using the Orginal Werewolf body part images.
and also looking for alternative heads for them and hair styles.

Plus looking for exstra body part images to play aroudn with to give a better look to them as well as make a few changes to them as well so they will stand out as well as not to be as if they are just copied.

I am also looking for a "FREE" program that can edit and create .NIF files to better customize the race I am working on creating without having to use what is already there.

You'll be looking for a long time, because it doesn't exist.

Milkshape is free the first 30 days, but then it's only $25 to register so it's close to free. The NIF exporter from NIFLA is alpha so it's won't do aniamtions, but it can do most body parts, it doesn't work for Cuirass so maybe not chest and i haven't tried making a head, hair is no problem.

Okay I found a plugin for TGS and DDS files for The Gimp does anyone Know if The Gimp will have a NIF plugin or is working on such a project.

No. The Gimp is a 2d paint program with zero 3d modeling capability.
