my question.
as it only uploaded the mod to tessource data mod data base. How did it get on to the file planet data base.
i don't mind that it has been added. but was thinking is someone file leaching.

I don't think they downloaded it from FilePlanet. I did various searches on Morrowind Summit and File Planet and I didn't find it.
