Ive downloaded all the blank esm/esp mods i could find. Here is the problem:
I have found the blank esm/esp mods useless because they put the dialogue and npc sounds in a wierd way so that they are VERY buggy. The dialogue bug can be fixed but the sounds cant be fixed because there are millions of npc talking wav files in morrowind!
If somebody could tell me how this bug is fixed or where can i find a better blank.esm. The most recent i downloaded is blank.esm 2.0 and it is also buggy.
I just want to delete all the cells in morrowind nothing else!! work.

i would recomend building your own blank esm/esp

but if all you want is the cells gone then convert morrowind.esm to an esp and deleate them in tesme then convert back to an esm
