you lost me at, "divine" could you be more spercific about it

He means use a divine intervention spell to get to an imperial cult shrine. You can do the same with Almsivi intervention to get to a temple. After that try to carry a few cure disease and cure blight disease potions with you, they are easy to come by.

Or, if you dont have a Divine Intervention spell/item/scroll handy, mark (if you dont have mark, remember where you are), unless you can recall by having an already marked location, and drop you stuff off where you are, go to the nearest town and either get some divine intervention stuff and more mark/recall stuff, or just divine stuff. Then recall back and hop along your way.

I guess you had developed yellow tick on solstheim but you can develop that anywhere in morrowind.

Yes, I find that i get that disease often If I was to make a guess I have probably got it about 7 times. Rats carry it
