I'm at level 18 and have been to Solstheim at least 4 times and walked around most of the island, and havent run into a single Spriggan. Plenty of wolves, bears, and Reicklings/Reickling riders (the reicks give me hell because my level is a little low and my difficulty is around 0 or so). I didnt know if it was something like with Tribunal, where you have to be level 6 or so to go there (I believe that is what I read in the manual), and they show up when you are say, level 20.

I believe they appear at level 30 or something thats when they started to appear for me.

i could have sworn i saw one when i was around level 25, but i still saw wolves...

im at level 20 [ brenton ] and behind fort frostmoth there is a cave...forgot the name.......and it has 1 spriggan in front of it...and i wouldnt reccomend fightintg it........o its called Kolbjorn Barrow....here is a map that show everything including hints

And they are all arownd Soltheim! They drive me mad I am tired killing them.
