1) If you want anyone to produce anything even slightly decent for your textures, you're going to need to post a copy of your model file (in .max format) so they can unwrap it properly.

2) Honestly, textures are the least of your concerns right now. You really need to work on adding some more detail to the model. Even the best textures in the world aren't going to work well on that.
