does anyone know the high elf in the bar in raven rock who gives you the quest that you have to find if the extinct falmer elves and ricklings have anything in common? im stuck on it. i thought it would be the dadric pauldron found in the karstagg tower but thats not it, and can no longer go back into the castle, even through the back way. does anyone have any suggestions?

It has nothing to do with Castle Kastaag. You need to find the Jolgeirr Barrow some way north of Raven Rock.
