The guide on the back of the box says "Sotha Sil, the Clockwork City", but is it a city or a God? If it is a city, please tell me how u get there!

Start the main quest and you will meet Sotha Sil in the clockwork city at the end of the quest.

clockwork city is a place but you can not get to it till the end of the main quest reasion for this is you have to kill a god anf if you have gotten close to the end and are stuck what part are you stuck on ? i might be able to help you

Sotha Sil is a god and a city. The "clockwork city" is named Sotha Sil

Play the entire game. It's an unavoidable part of the main quest.

You could probably search the spoilers section if you don't want to wait to get there. I am sure someone has a thread on it. If its not there do a search for walkthrough on the internet. Or you could just wait and be suprised. Up to you I guess.

Complete the tribunal quest's. soon after you get the Trueflame you'll be sent to the Place "Clockwork City" to fight the god "Sotha Sil."
