The Iredior Conspiracy mod is looking for extra team members to help with interiors.

Iredior is a large and detailed city off the coast of Morrowind, including lots of quests, new factions etc.

Despite the size of the mod - although Iredior itself occupies only a few cells those cells are very densely packed with buildings, winding streets, etc - our team has always been quite small. With our exteriors now almost complete our interiors are seriously lagging behind.

We're looking for people who can build interiors to match the often complex exteriors, and who can customise them to reflect the personalities of the inhabitants. This will vary from humble dwellings to architectural flights of fancy, so there's a lot of scope for people to become involved. smiley.gif

If you're interested, please either contact Switch or myself via pm, or contact the Iredior team via the contact information given on our website.

What is the current status? Are you looking for only interiors, or do the outsides of buildings need to be done too?
Theta Orionis
The exteriors are pretty much completed - what's left to be done there is to add the odd door and clutter.
The majority of buildings still need interiors, though.

aww...i thought that topic is about the release cry.gif

btw how much work left?

i would love to join but i am not sure the time i could spend on it would be enough for you..

but if you wont be able to find anyone with more time then i am here, and woul gladl help with interiors
cactoblasta
Glad to see you recovered from those corruption problems last year. I wish I could help but interiors aren't really my thing. Good luck with it though!
Theta Orionis
Thanks :)

There's still a fair bit of work left, but it's getting done.. slowly but steadily.
Slaiv
I would gladly help, but I deal wuth story/quest writing, PR, and some concept art. Have no experience with the CS.

At any rate - join this team. If you have experience with the CS, apply. They're incredible.

I'm eagerly awaiting the release... sq_yellow_tongue.gif

I'd like to help, too, but I don't think I have enough experience yet.

Corruption problems? You didn't bribe your tech-support guy enough?
Switch
Haha, thanks Slaiv grin.gif nice to know we're appreciated. I'm sure we could use your help, maybe check with Theta via PM?

Yeah Abramul, it was a problem with our entire compiling system. A guy called Thread_Whisperer came along and sorted everything for us though. That guy's a genius. ^^
Sir Bob
Switch, i like your sig pic cheesy.gif cool.gif
Switch
Heheh, thanks ^^

Just for future reference, it's best to keep chatroom-like conversation to PMs instead of making an off topic post to a thread. ;)

Hmm... maybe I can help with a FEW interiors... But i't is so boring and takes a lot of times... anyway, I will have an example uploaded tomorrow.
Abramul
Would it be acceptable to design interiors in-game? I like being able to examine my work while creating it! (Do you have empty cells already, or do they not exist yet?)
Theta Orionis
There is an ingame modding facility? shocked.gif

Why did nobody tell me!!! Would have saved countless hours of tedious debugging, switching between the editor and the game....
caldera_modshop
I could help. I also will have a sample uploaded tomorrow

Haha, no, there is no in-game modding facility. I think he means having the game up when using the editor at the same time to alter it, which I believe can cause problems...

Unless there's some sort of program you can use to have an in-game modding facility? If so, please let us know! :P

Also, Gabbe, nice work... that was all done by you?

I could give you some tips on how to speed up your interior building if you like, provided you don't know them already. Plus, if you find it boring then there's no reason to put yourself through it... seems we have plenty of volunteers here as it is ^^
Abramul
You can use the console to place and manipulate items. It would be wise, though, to have a list of items you plan to place, as remembering all the strings would be a nest of alits. I haven't figured out how to change scale ingame, though.

P.S. The scale for angles is wierd, something like 10^4 units to 360 degrees.
Switch
Hmm... but how would you turn that into an ESP? Wouldn't it only exist inside your save game?
Abramul
I'm pretty sure the formats are the same. Although, you'd want to do it with a new game, god mode, tcl, and remove any references to PlayerSaveGame afterwards.

Yes, I've done it all, and I've done "a lot" of things, the only problem is that I never finish my mods...

If you want, I could post some more examples on other things I've done, maybe some scripts, exteriors, textures and such. But I can't post my "unfinished" mods, they will be to big because of the homemade textures.

I would gladly like to hear your tips, but as you say, maybe I know about them allready smiley.gif

I don't think interiors is the funniest part when it comes to modding, but I can help if someone needs some interiors made. smiley.gif
