No. Bloodmoon, as far as I'm aware is really for higher level characters. I recommend you go back to the main land, do a few more quests etc and then come back to Bloodmoon.
What level are you?

You can also dispose of their corpses after the first kill...if you're quick! I tried siccing a Golden Saint on one, and it got smacked into the permafrost.

Hmm... maybe try reducing the difficulty slider to -100? I completed it at that setting at about level 20 at the start, level 22 at the end. Spriggans were annoying but they never killed me. However if you're playing at normal I would suggest 25+, +100 maybe 35+.

Don't know if this will help don't know if its really true but...
aren't spriggans weak to fire?
Just sayin you could make a fire damage on hit or somethin like that if the heal thing doesn't work out to well..
Good luck,

Yep fire enchantments work best. Trueflame killed them in one shot for me at level 30 (actually 3 shots cause they got three lives). Otherwise before that i used an axe and it worked well with a golden saint.

Ya, Trueflame is the sword of the Neravarine, and you get it during the main quest in Tribunal.
What i found help full for defeating spriggens is get a spear (hopefuly your good with them) and just run around hiting them un till they die and if your quick enough dispose of the courps befor it comes back. hope this helps it helped me.
Speaking of spriggens does any body know how i can find the spriggens that falco wants me to get rid of its for the east empier company thx.

I have answered your question. Please do not ask it twice as this can easily be regarded as a breach of forum rules. Sometimes you have to wait a while before you get a reply. The forum are not as busy as they were and will be again when Oblivion surfaces.

You may find you need to go back to an old save. You first see the guy in the bar and he tells you to kill the spriggans. There is a glitch in some versions but it seems to be intermittent and will not happen every time.
I canīt help more on xbox Iīm afraid.

at level 25, they go down easily to my skullcrusher (mind you, that's with a 92 blunt skill

)
sujamma is your friend. also, if you have a decent alchemy skill, brew your own health potions. they tend to heal less per second, but have a longer duration. you can pop one as soon as you get hit (or before you start the battle), and it'll help keep your health high through the fight. You don't need to be really strong. you need to practice good strategy. if you can use magic, paralysis is your friend. if not, grab a sword of paralysis (grabbed a couple from an early quest at fort frostmoth) and whack em with that before you give them the smackdown with your main weapon. sure they have three lives, but just think of it as one life with 3x normal health. if you keep whacking them for high damage, they get knocked of balance and can't hit back right away.
of course, having good armor is a boon too. if you're level 20, you better have awesome armor. lvl 30+ is recommended for bloodmoon, but if you have the top armour of one particular weight class (the hidden armour for example) then a high level in the related skill at level 20 should be fine. if you're wearing a full suit of adamantium or glass or ebony or something, then you might want to be lvl 25ish.

Nope. You can't make your own summon spells, not even in the CS. It's all hard-coded.

Please hold.
OK, if you want this, you'll have to make a scripted spell to do it, and probably a scripted creature.
The creature script would be simple, just start from one of the escort scripts.
