are either a werewolf? if so which one? can anyone tell me the pros and cons for choosing falco and pros and cons for choosing carnius?

Falco is the all round nice guy. Carnius is in it for himself. If either morality appeals to you more go for that one. Some quests are the same, though from a slightly different perspective. Some are quite different. If you are interested in Stalhrim armour it is easier to get with Carnius - you hand over two pieces of raw Stalhrim and he gives you whatever you want immediately. With Falco it only costs one piece of raw Stalhrim but you have to wait 24 hours each time.

Save and try both. If you simply rest between journal updates, it can all be done very quickly.

The werewolf aspect does not come into the EEC quests, that is a choice you make in the Main quest.

id have to say go with Carnius. You get more money and the quests are a bit more fun. Terrorizing a colony really appeals to me
