I need to find 3 artifacts for the quest with the blade, but I don't know any artifacts , do some people know some artifacts and how to get them? do you've got to travel to vvardenfell?

Dagger of symmachus is one aritfact what you can donate to the museum. You get it from King Helseth when you have helped him to protect Barenziah.

You don't need to go back to Vvardenfell provided you have completed the following miscellaneous Tribunal quests. The Summoner (starts Godsreach - Sadri Manor), Crimson Plague (starts Tomb of Gedna Revel in Old Mournhold temple garden) and possibly the Matchmaker (starts with Marena Gilnith in Grand Bazaar). The last is easy to lash up if you want the unique artifact. Then there is the dagger mentioned above.

If you need more detail this will have to be moved to spoilers.

you dont need to give her more than 2 artifacts. i gave her dagger of symmachus and mace of slurring and i didnt need to give anything more.

To add, you need to donate the items to the museum, not sell them. I noticed this, as I had raked in an unbelievable amount of cash, but hadn't recived the article in demand that I needed. Only until I parted with two or three excellent items (free of charge) did I get the article. I was very angry, since I gave up some five artifacts (which were deemed useless to me) for a price, but recieved not the article until I gave up the artifacts that I actually needed (so as to save time and not schlep about MW for a good week).

The owner of the musuem never mentions that you have to donate the artifacts (and not sell them) in order to get the article in question.

Snotty NPC's, the whole lot can go and boil their heads for all I care...

Actually I think she does. I can't remember the exact words off hand but I was caught the same way the first time I played. Then I checked what she actually said - or mabe what the journal entry said.

Have you noticed how at times (often in mods but also in the main game occasionally) you have to check the journal to find out what to do next. What was said or appeared on screen was inadequate! At other times important stuff, such as directions, are not recorded in the journal and you can't get them off the NPC again!!

Yeah, I think that problem was prevalent in Tribunal, moreso than MW or Bloodmoon. It was a pain to have to hunt through topics and figure out the name of the topic in your journal so as to get the correct info.

I made a spell for chameleon 100% for 20 seconds, and just donated the crap then took it all back....Ive made a ton of money giving her this crap:

I don't get it. Where does the donating part of it happen? I must have given her most of that list on previous sg's but i have never had the option to donate given to me. This is makin me a bit guilty cos i didn't need the money, but it isn't real life, but maybe it reflects on my life badly....

You have to be doing the Tribunal main quest to be able to donate to the museum.
