I've been talking to the Captian at Fort Frostmoth, he wants me to find out why morale is low, the guards won't say much. What do I do?

Carry some alcohol. If you don't want to go back to the mainland raid the Captain's office for it. Talk to the guards again.

I gave out some Flin. That preist guy, I won't talk to me about why the shipments have stopped.

My charcter hoppless at lockpicking, but I have some scrolls that should do the trick.
