Apparently, there are a few variants for English-language Haiku, but let's stick to the 5-7-5 and 3-5-3 forms.
Shadow from above
Rush of air, the swoosh of wings
And then, *THWACK*!

A Japanese style, the haiku
Can be done without taking much time
But my challenge is not to do like you
Make it harder, go search for a rhyme
I request you to now pen a sonnet
Just as dear Willy Shakespeare would do
You've awoken the bee in my bonnet
Take the challenge - it's over to you.
Three thousand posts!
My life, where did it go?
Waiting for...

Dearest mod,
You are forgetting
One dire point:
Of all the poems I
See in the world, does but one
Feature bukkake?
Only haiku can
Provide that most fantastic
And treasured topic.

Ald’ruhn afternoon
Rising breeze, pennants flapping
Another blight storm.
Grazelands hill
Misty distant slopes
Quiet peace.
