I was in Maar Gun for a mission, and i went to the local shrine, as I was a member of the temple. I did a quick pray and read the inscription.

I then look over to see this wicked looking guy, with COOL armour and cool face. I find out his name is like Andeshwehasdgsadbooboo or something. I talk to him and he says "I am <insert name> read the stupid inscription on the rock and leave"

there is one button that u can do, and its Taunt the Daedra. I didnt risk doing it cause I was level 2.

Now, who is he? I dont care if its a spoiler, who is he and what does he do?

also what is his armour called? is it that Daedric Armour ive been hearing about?

His name is Anhaedra. The Maar Gan Pilgrimage is, I think, a temple quest. The daedra is low-level, has a silver longsword, and is not soul-trappable. As long as you have some restore health potions, you'll be fine. Now, for the bad news. If you'd searched for "Maar Gan shrine", you would have found A nifty description. So, if you could learn how the search works, that would be appreciated by all...

umm, the link you gave is just the Tips 'N tricks thread... I dont see how it has to do with Anhaedra

Maybe you could actually read the entire thread and look for the information yourself before complaining.

I am wondering, is that the same Deadra that Vivec tuanted? When you kill him he comes back so I guess it's possible, and if it is the same deadra why would he stic around?

Maybe is he bannished and must he be around the stone for ever!!!

I would seem that vivec might have warmed up to the Demora lol had a few brews with them, I mean who would like to sit in Vivec's basement and wait for dumb@ss temple goers to bring them a sword!

Is the dremora supposed to come back each and every time or is that just a game glitch or somthin like that.

K, here it is.

The quest is called The Magic Rock, the object is to taunt the Daedra until it attacks u, u don't have to kill it or even fight it. Once it starts attacking activate the shrine (large boulder in the middle of the room) then get the hell out of the shrine, you should recive your entry at this point
