do you meen u want to reroll your character?
it will start allover again on the prisonship where u first arived!
to get to Solstheim u need to go to Khuul there is a shipmaster that will take u to Ft Frostmoth
Of course it starts in Seyda Neen... Are you blind? You get out of the prison boat, and you're in Seyda Neen. Where else would you start?
You should play Bloodmoon with a higher-level character. A new character can go to Fort Frostmoth safely. If they leave the fort, they will quickly get their butt kicked. If you are asking about starting Bloodmoon, have your strong character follow the advice about Solstheim and Khuul in the previous messages.
