I get an error on startup "Failed to Create Shader Shaders/FauxEMBM_Displace.vso" In game I get flickering textures on water and doors.

I'm using Bethesda's plugins, and it's not them, as turning them off doesn't fix the problem. Reinstalling didn't fix the problem, is there a mod I could use to replace the offending shader, or add in a new one?
