I have created a few npc's for my game but are having trouble placing them anywhere so someone anyone PLEASE! tell me.

In tcs, call up the cell in which you want them to be. When it shows up on screen, after a few moments, drag the NPC name across. They should appear in a box above the map. Press F to drop them.

I think this should do it but I'm not the expert.
