With a little bit of help from the LoTR weapons mod, I managed to make a Narsil with 10 points constant effect light, I tell you, it looks awesome in a dark cave.

Why water-walk? I *had* a "Survivalist's Skirt", with CE Water-Breathing and Slowfall (2 points?). No drowning, and no falling damage!

I assume the topic is what is the my best created item in the game, not in the editor, so I'd have to say the most important items i created were a katana with soul trap cast when strikes, and an amulet of summon golden saint. These items allowed me to enchant all my clothes and armor with constant effect fortify attributes, and constant effect rings and amulets for water breathing, levitate, water walk, etc. Also a ring with open level 100 comes in handy.

Oooh, if you want a really mean enchantment, try this: a ring or amulet of Levitate 1 point on Touch or Target for a decent time, and Bound Longbow for the same amount of time. Your enemies won't be able to keep up with you, and it's not even counted as hostile!

I do exactly the same thing. Of course if your a thief it makes lockpicking totally useless.
