So I am playing Bloodmoon and going along and I got to the part where I am investigating the smuggling ring at the castle. Anyhow I choose the little smart guy to be my helper (instead of the more powerful fighter, Artria or whatever her name is) Anyhow I went out completed the quest arrive back at the castle and its been attacked. So everyone in the castle is telling me I need to go find Artria (thats not her name, but hopefully you know who I am talking about). So I go find her, but cannot talk to her because all she does when she sees me is attack me. I have tried opening the console and using the StopCombat command on her, but it doesn't work...I have tried forcing conversation through the console from outside the room, but she doesn't respond like its her, in fact she tells me to find her...lol... Now I would guess that I don't actually need to talk to her to complete this quest, but I have no idea where to find the captain, or where to start looking or what to do. I NEED help.

If anyone knows what I am talking about, or can simply tell me where to find the Captain...Please...help me.

This is not a tecky problem and I will move it to the Bloodmoon section of the forum. I think if you search you will find it has been answered, though it's probably best to run the search on Gaea Artoria.

You have problems if whoever you choose to take with you to the caverns does not come out alive at the end. And you DO need her help becuase she gives you an artifact without which you cannot speak to the Skaal - the next part of the quest.

Go back to your previous save and make sure you both come out of the caverns. If you want to cheat, you may be able to add the item via the console.
