I am stuck at trying to get Bolvyn Venim to challenge me to a duel. I have looked high and low, but I just can't find out how to initiate his challenge. So far I've been named Hortator of the clans as well as hlaalu and Telvani. I started on Redoran by talking to Athyn Sarethi and then rescuing his son. After that I went around speaking with the rest of the Redoran counselors trying to get them to give me their vote. I may have talked to Venim before getting everyone's vote and I'm wondering if that is a problem. Otherwise, if anyone has any ideas on how to get him to challenge me to a duel I would greatly appreciate it!

Nevermind... I answered my own question in that you cannot talk to Bolvyn before you have gained the blessings of all of the other counselors or he will not challenge you to the duel. Maybe this will help others...
