Error message everytime I start the game. I Morrowind patched, Tribunal Patched, and Bloodmoon Patched to their highest versions.

If I click no it exits the game. If I click yes I get another error telling me it can't load certain things. And it asks me to continue running the Executable. Again if I choose no it exits the game but if I choose yes it loads the game. I checked the "Warnings.txt" and it told me some mods that have changed since the last save. I noticed that some of them still worked even though they were on that list. I have the game and both expansions (Bloodmoon and Tribunal) installed and running. As for mods that have separate esp files for the same mod for example: something_trib.esp and something_BM.esp, do I have to run both since I have both mods if it doesn't include a something_bmandtrib.esp file? That's what I do.
