I'll just quote the readme here since I'm too lazy to write up another discription
While passing through Ebonheart you meet a shipmaster named Drathil Hervuz who mentions that Frald the White at the Hawkmoth Legion Garrison is has a job for an adventurer. You figure it might be worth checking out so you go to the garrison to have a word with him. He informs you that the island of Great Shoals, a customs inspection point for goods traveling to Vvardenfell from the mainland, has failed to send in its weekly report, and the men he sent there to investigate two days before haven't returned. He'll pay you 2000 drakes if you will go to the island and discover what has happened to his men and why the report wasn't sent. It sounds like an easy job so you accept... however things are often not what they seem.
This addon takes you through a quest to rid the island of Great Shoals of a dark menace which has taken up residence there. You'll journey through dark tunnels, a keep infested with... something, and immense daedric ruins. The rewards will be great, if you can survive. This quest is intended for characters of around 25th level. I tested it with a 26th level character and had a good deal of difficulty at some points, however it was an unarmored character (but with high unarmored skill, normal weapon resistance, and other goodies). The quest will not be given to characters under 15th level, and attempting it under 20th is probubly suicidal.
This addon has been cleaned with TESAME and as far as I know is bug free. Let me know if you find any problems, and please tell me what you think of it
