What generations of Spore are your favorite ones?
I think all the generations were interesting, except the last one. The last one was a bit boring, I think.

How about you?

My favorite was manipulating the other nations in Civilization phase. It definitely prompted my evil villain laugh a few times, paying friendly nations to go to war with those that were too troublesome to form trade routes with so I could buy the city from them later.
Surv
I enjoyed almost everything about Spore.

Tribal is my favorite, though.
First time to see your creatures evolve and work together.
Try making peace with offerings, or conquer them instead.

Space time was boring for me aswell.
Exploring planets wasn't exciting enough to keep me busy.

Uhm... i think the creature level is the most fun! and i thought it was fun to try and reach the middle of the galaxy in space! it was really hard but with time i made it!

I gotta say i liked all of the time except space... I mean if you have the ability to build a single space ship...you should be able to create a like a whole armada to defend and attack other nations.... But the game was still one of the few games I didn't regret buying!
Derkins
Well I like when the forest judge killed all my people that was awesome........yeah
Michlo
Tide pool and creature are my favourite stages but my "favourite time" of Spore was when I uninstalled it.
Callighan
Everything but the tide pool stage.

If I had the patience, the space stage would be so much fun. Especially so when I got the bomb that can destroy planets.
IxionInc
My first run through all the stages.. Especially whenever I was in civ stage, blowing up things with ICBMs.. Too bad you can't do it again.. Also I liked finding out that in tribal stage, all the jokes they put in..

i enjoy creature stage for the rpg feel, i like the civilzation stage for the fact its similar to a real time strat risk game, and i loved space, for blowing huge craters in cities when dropping the dark matter bomb, never got the planet one, and i like trying to make friends with the Grox, its difficult but fun and rewarding

I'd say:

1. Civilization
2. Creature
3. Cell
4. Space
5. Tribe
Crimsanity
My favorite Spore moment was when I sold the game to a guy I don't really like for full retail price.

That comment's been done so many times it's been run into the ground and lost all meaning.
Give it a rest, we get it. You don't like the game.

Me though?
I liked all stages although all had their little letdowns at times

Creature stage- No underwater section before you get onto land
Space stage- You don't get to exit your ship and explore on foot

That's a feature of Galactic Adventures, being able to beam down and play as your Captain.

I'd say my first favorite stage is the creature stage. smile.gif I love going around killing things and evolving and adding touches to my monsters. I think tribe is my second favorite. wink.gif My least favorite though is the cell stage. yucky.gif

I think the space stage was actually quite fun, i'm planning on getting the expansion, which allows you to beam down to a planet and use weapons to obliterate the inhabitants! biggrin.gif

I think the creature stage was my favourite, trying to get the bloody creature to fly was fun! XD (never got the stage 5 wings though, always got to stage 4 and then never found the next pair of wings... sad.gif )
Pushkatu
Creature and tribal. I'm having so much fun every time I start a new game.

I think the cell stage, as it advances actually makes your creature into some kind of bug that crawls out of the water, as apposed to making another stage to make you into an amphibian.

i like space stag
Heyy_Adrian
I like all the stages but the space one, space ones would give me the headaches. Especially the non-stop raids.
Vagrant0
The problem with all the stages is just the sheer lack of variety. For a game that was based around procedural generation, it's just intolerable. Cell stage has the same exact opponents every time. Creature stage has the same sort of events, tribal stage is just plain static, and civ is too short without any real diplomacy options. Having a space stage where you're just constantly being attacked, raided, or sent on meaningless errands only adds insult to injury.

It's been several months since I bought this game, and its still a regret. That just shouldn't be.

*edit* correction, over a year.
