I have question. What would I need to type in order for Night-Eye to ONLY activate in the night time? Would it not have something to do with the current time so I am guessing that the script would not be very complicated but I am new to scripting in TES: CS so I need help. Any advice or help would be greatly appriciated.

its fairly straight forward check the gamehour if it is passed such and such or under such and such (24 hour time) aply the spell to player if he doesent have it if he does skip it and vice versa there abouts for removing it...
