for a couple of weeks ago I found a ring in a shipwrek whose name was "mark ring"! does anybody knows witch shipwrek this is??

Uhm well since u found the shipwreck shouldn't u know?
Anyway, why do you want to know? You found it with another character and want to have it with your new one?

Mark Rings are found in the assortment Random_loot_special, which is used 1,666 times in all of Morrowind. So, there is no definite location to the ring- just keep an eye open for it. You can just buy the Mark spell, which is cheap, or an amulet, which is practical and cheaper.

I would advise just getting the spell.
try mages guilds.

or you could add the ring using TES.
