I can not find Grandmaster Spear Trainer

I tried the site UESP but it can not open He can not find the site (maybe I have another site)

please where is that Spear Trainer and please give me the site name.

You know you dont allways have to find a spear trainer you can create a spell so that your spear skill is cheap to train.

Moosebob, please look at the date of a post before replying. I don't think 'Player' is still worrying about spear training after 2 years!
