Animations - Help!

I've downloaded Qarl's NPC Animations. Found it at Planet Elder Scrolls. The problem is that I don't know how to use it. I would like to give my character and npc's new animations to liven my game up a bit but I don't know how. Will someone please help me?

I haven't used the construction set for morrowind in a while, but if i remember right if you double click on an npc there should be a button at the bottom that says animation.
