I think you could edit the post to put some more pints in it:

-if its in the boox its in the mod
-if u don't know what's in the boox, search b4 u post
-timeline is in the 3rd age before the felloship
-no you cannot kill any mentioned (in the books) character
-if it changes anything written by tolkien or affects the timeline or the events in the timeline of middle earth, they won't even think of latting that happen.
-no there is no magic, spells and enchanting
