i have gotten to the hire guards quest and i found only one guy who is willing to be a guard and thats the imperial guy in the bar, is there any other people who will be a guard, plus i was told that the guard should be outfitted in several days ive slept for two months in-game and still nothing, is this a glitch or is there something i missed?

You also must hire Gratian Caerellius, who can be found at an intersection in the main passage of the mine and Garnas Uvalen on the East side of Raven Rock, near Seler Favelnim's House. All you have to do then is report back to Falco Galenus (Falco side), leave the colony, and wait two days, then return. If your with Carnius Magius, you have to leave the colony, wait three days, then return to Magius to get the next quest.

Even so hiring all three will make the quest where you have to protect Falco much easier, and more guards = more protection for colony. (Though that really doesn't matter...)
