chat problem cannot work chat

when i click the chat button on forum, it pops up a bunch of coding text, adn says it is unable to work. is thi smy cpu or just the site?

It's the site. I think everyone is having this problem ATM, it's probably fallen into disrepair where it's hardly ever used :P
