I'm trying to make a floating city mod, and to do that I want to edit "Ex_T_rock_coastal_03.nif" which appears as a small flat rock in the game, which I think is perfect. But, I just need that scaled up 20-25 times. The problem is, I have no idea how to do it properly.

I've managed to actually scale it up 25 times and import it into the CS, but its problem-ridden. One, I can't seem to click on it so I can drag it around the render window. Two, collision doesn't work, at all, which may be the cause of problem 1. Three, when I rotate the camera to a certain angle, usually near the top of the rock, it just disappears until I rotate the camera back upwards again.

Basically, I need someone who knows what they're doing to tell me what I should do here. All the guides out there are way too complicated, and still require you to know everything about a .nif file to use them. I don't, so I need stupid-people's terms. Some pretty pictures would be great if possible.
