Help opening MOD's need help opening the zip files

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=1][COLOR=blue]Im so confused! I know that it says open it with me Morrowind file, and I know where that it, but whenever I think im opening it, It says its missing "CH/F"(something like that) on the first line. Can anyone give me step by step instructions?
