Im doing a tribunal quest to get a ring for alexmai or whatever her name is. When I got to the guy who has the ring, he casted blind on me, I culd barly see anything so I toggled god mode because i was about to die and my last save is a while back. The blind wore off while I was in tgm and now when I turn it off I cant get the blind to go away. There is no spell icon at the bottom showing my blind. I tried Removespelleffects, "blind" and nothing is happening. Can anyone help me please?

I hope you saved before that last fight. I've had this bug a quite few times myself. Each time, I had to quit Morrowind and reload to the point before I got blinded. That's all I can think of.

If you still have the savegame in which this occurs handy and you have some use for it, you're half-right with the RemoveSpellEffects command. The argument, however, should not be "blind," but rather "47," as you can see from Ghannie-boy's list.

its a longshot, but try casting anothe blind spell on yourself and when it wears off it may cure u

edit: or put on the boots of speed if oyu have them and then take them off
