graphic troubles mass triangles and clipping

ok i just got GotY on my laptop

and when i start it up everything looks good except the loading box is pretty much unreadable and is clipping. when i start the game EVERTHING is in triangles. i was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them and how i can fix it.
here is my info...

i am using a Mobility Radeon 9000
1024X768 pixels
mem. size 32MB

Dell inspiron 600M
Intel Pentium M processor 1300MHz
595MHz
256MB of RAM

okie i also lowered my hardware acceleration and it did nada.
but im pretty lost so any help will be supa!!!!
