loading/stall time? is there a way to speed ou mw?

does anybody have a few tips about speeding up mw? I have tried the frame rate change, but there are still countless lags in loading cell to cell. is this where the "cd check" mod would help? Also, is there a was to kill the super weather system for now, my current system acts like it's gonna go postal when it's raining near the water

There are various tweak guides...run a search on the forums, I think several have been mentioned. They might give you some ideas as to what to do.

thank you, theta. that link alone gave me 8-12 fps on average. now all i need is a mod that updates my computer to a 2.4. . . . anyone?

That same site (That Baphomet mentioned) has a number of tweaks for the various Windows OS's as well that can certainly, and I quote for emphasis "Make you l33t"
