Thieves/Assassins? Tips for creating a good thief or assassin

Bosmer, Khajiit, Argonian. However, you can be whatever race you want and still have an awesome thief/assassin/sneaky character.
REMEMBER! races get bonuses. NOT penalties! meaning, your Nord assassin will be just as powerful as your Khajiit one, its all
in how the skills are augmented. I recommend using your own made classes because the base ones SUCK! ... yeah, that is all.
EXAMPLE:
Nord assassin level 5
Major skills:
Longsword 60
Marksman 56
Sneak 45
Security 43
Med.Armor 50
Bosmer assassin level 5
Major skills:
Shortsword 47
Marksman 68
Light Armor 46
Sneak 51
Security 38

Created my own race, the Grim Elf
(using the skin from Ebony Rose & one hair style from Qarl)
All base attributes set to 40
Female height 90 & weight 85 (no males)
Skill bonus: (no magix or weapons)
Acrobatics 10
Athletics 10
Sneak 10
Hand to Hand 10
Spells: Jump 60 secs @ 20
Abilities: resist Common Disease & Poison 75, resist Blight & Corprus Disease 50
Powers: Water Breathing 180
Birthsign: The Shadow, gives Invisibility 60 but i upped it to 120
I dont select a class, i select Stealth, Strength & Endurance & then Marksman, Longsword, Shortsword, Spear & Armourer.
The idea is that my race comes from a land far far away that have little knowledge of weapons & magix & live in their natural surroundings, hence the chosen attributes, not selecting a class i can make up for weapon bonus's, i dont choose any magix.
