People not giving up on the idea... TESSource doesn't need to be involved, right?

Anyone who is modding Morrowind to include the Children Of Iluvatar on Arda or already knows of mods made let me know here.
I'd love to the the story of Beren and the Silmarils or any of Tolkien's earlier stories put to 3D. Anyone wants help/ideas with any mods they may be maing at home involving these themes I'd be glad to participate. It doesn't have to be made for profit so how can it be infringing on copyrights if not?

For profit or not it doesn't matter, if you copy a copyrighted story and distribute it in any form without permission from the Tolkien Estate and they find out, they're going to shut you down. Period. They did that to MEMod after all and that wasn't for profit. It's the way copyright law works.

Thus I'm not terribly sure there's any point leaving this open. Sorry. Locked.
