Yes, yet another, from the Singapore X|Media|Lab event. Someone's YouTubed it. You can view it here, or on the Spore Source front page. It demos the creature editor, again, and includes one of the most comical creature dances to date!

Do you know what the purpose of the dance in the game itself is? Or when do they do it?

As far as I know, they dance around the fire in the Tribal Stage, and very possibly use the same dance when celebrating (such as when your UFO launches and fireworks go off). There are possibly other instances when they do it as well that we haven't seen yet.
