It seems Caryl Shaw, Spore's Pollinated Content Producer, has been at something called "X|Media|Lab Singapore" showing off the Vehicle Editor, and Joey Alarilla has previewed Spore as a result. I've added this to the previews page. There's not really any new information here, but fear not! Joey claims he will upload a new video of the Creature Editor to hackenslash.net soon, so I'll be keeping an eye out for that. Also, Will Wright has been to the Wall Street Journal where he showed off the Spore Creature Editor. Behold!

It looks like they've changed the GUI yet again. I quite like it. It also looks a little like the Defense stat has been changed to Health, but it's so blurred it's hard to see. Apart from that it doesn't look like much has changed.
